By making a purchase on this website, Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer's discretion.

What is the policy for delivery?
Our Delivery Window Hours are from 8 am to 12 pm, and 12 pm to 6 pm. Delivery will be made within 24 hours of placing order. During our busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours to ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time. If for any reason your arrangement does not arrive on time, please email orders@lalavishevents.com or call 310-922-8425 and we will do everything we can to help successfully resolve your issue.

What are the current delivery methods?
We are a locally owned floral studio in Downtown, Los Angeles. You may pick-up your arrangements at our design studio in Los Angeles or request local delivery for an additional fee within the following areas: San Bernardino County, Orange County and Greater Los Angeles County.
